CHANGES / TRANSFERS/ CANCELLATIONS

Once you have booked you may request changes or transfers by emailing us. There is a $25 administration fee for changes including transferring your pass to someone else. No changes will be accepted from May 21st 2012. Cancellations will incur the following fees;

Online Registrations for buying passes and booking hotels will remain open throughout the Congress, however Hotel bookings should be made prior to avoid disappointment as rooms will book out beforehand.

Note: Individual workshop tickets can be purchased at the Congress at $30 per workshop. Beginner classes can only be purchased at the Congress.
